Special Contractor Services
We will go the extra mile! We offer free drywall (and other commodity) carries for our contractors. We will carry up or downstairs and place it where and how you want it. We also offer Boom Deliveries, Manitou Deliveries and window measures.
With a drafts person located in house as well as access to three drafts persons and a BCIN accredited staff member at Cobourg Home Hardware Building Centre, we can design houses, additions and decks for permitting. Our rate for the service is significantly less that architectural and drafting firms.

Facilities and Fleet Capacity
Gilmers Home Hardware Building Centre offers a Contractor Only service area and our delivery fleet consists of GPS tracked vehicles.

We offer a complete and exhaustive assortment of building materials. We are the market leader in window and door sales, roofing and drywall sales. Our new Brampton Brick partnership means we can now offer our contractors a complete assortment of masonary and landscape brick products.
We are also pleased to announce that we now carry Loewen Windows. We offer an unsurpassed selection of windows from Loewen, Ostaco, Allweather and Jeldwen.
